Final SIP Journal Submission

The final SIP Journal submission should be done only as a PDF. This singular PDF file should contain the following:

1. The cover page must be the SIP journal cover.

2. The 20 hours of NGO-centric service reports for the period January 2022 till 30 June 2022.

3. The NGO-centric service timesheet.

4. The 5 hours Discipline-centric service activity report.

5. The Discipline-centric service activity timesheet.

6. A testimonial write-up wherein, you reflect on your service experiences and learnings. Attach photographs (if any) of the activities conducted.

Note:

1. Please put all the above-mentioned documents into one single PDF file and then upload it to the Google Form.

2. Different links have been created for the different divisions in every stream.

3. Ensure that you submit the completed SIP file between Monday, 4 July 2022 and Monday, 18 July 2022, 11:59 pm. After this deadline, the Google Form will stop accepting responses.

4. Ensure that the submitted PDF file name contains the Roll Number (RN), UID and Class. (Illustration: RN-UID-CLASS, e.g., 001-200001-SYXX)
